A Graduate of University of South Carolina and grew up in Myrtle Beach SC.  Patrick served as a Chief Warrant Officer (CW3) in the US Army for over 9 years as an Attack Helicopter Pilot and Desert Storm Veteran. He has been a Realtor since 2007. Vast experience with Bank owned properties, Investment homes, managing the re-habilitation of homes, and evaluating home value. Patrick is an experienced property investor, flipping, leasing. Hobbies are Kayaking, College Football, Networking, Chess, Investing, and playing Cards.
